Water gives you AIDS!!

Here is a map that just came out on the number of people with AIDS in the US. The darker the area the more people with the HIV. This map can only bring us to one conclusion...water gives you AIDS. I mean look at those dark areas, all coast. It's apparent to me that the Atlantic Ocean carries more AIDS than the Pacific Ocean but no body of water compares to the Gulf of Mexico which is just riddled with AIDS. I say screw the war on drugs, terror and poverty, we need a war on water! Just salt water though, fresh water you're still cool.
